Used in everything from wetsuits to laptop sleeves, the rubber-based compound offers excellent insulation against cold and is popular amongst many of the new wave of luxe-sports designers thanks to its unusual feel and performance aspects – recent products such as Stampd crewnecks, Alexander Wang sweatpants and Neil Barrett sweaters have all been crafted from the material.
